• Photos if there are any faults or damages.

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and confirm if the refund can go ahead.

• Items must be returned to us within 14 days of your request being approved.

• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• Refunds will only be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
